HOW TO BOOK AND COSTS













A trained First Aider is present throughout the day


You are responsible for your own travel arrangements when attending these events.


I do not offer a horse transport service. For those nearby I have a list of local  licensed DEFRA authorised horse transporters.

Need to brush up on your ring craft? Want some top grooming tips? Then come to my show-time clinic!

Open to cobs, coloureds, riding horses, hunters ROR in fact all sorts!


Starting at 9.30am through to 3.00pm  to include conformation, in hand and ridden show classes. I will cover clipping and trimming, plaiting for conformation, how to use products to include some giveaways thanks to NetTex.


Baileys Horse Feeds will be here, so if you want feeding advice Helen Gordon will be on hand to help you.

The day will run as follows:


MORNING


  • Welcome coffee and introduction to the day. Meet the others. Background on the horses


  • Flat work sessions - lots of “how to”


  • Groups may be split so you can learn from a judge’s view and see how the ring steward works the class.


  • Learn how to use the ring. Tips from the top!


  • In hand class tips. Trotting up and the groom’s job!


  • Now put it all into practice!


  • Training show class with rosettes and loads of product prizes to all.


  • Lunch break and  and a chat on the day so far.


AFTERNOON


  • A make over demo showing how to use products for the best result and that winning shine.


  • Plaiting for conformation.


  • Clipping & Trimming for that sharp look.


  • Wrap up chat to deal with any queries you may have.


  • Baileys Horse Feeds' Helen Gordon will be here for any feeding advice you might need.
